Advanced American Studies
Today, we resume classroom activities related to World War II. The focus for today is the homefront during WWII. In class, we are examining a number of primary sources, from old yearbooks to propaganda posters to cartoons.
Assignment: Read p. 473-478. Begin work on battle presentations.
American Studies
In class, we finished the documentary on the Navajo Codetalkers. After finishing the video, we discussed requirements for the WWII scrapbook project.
Assignment: Cover textbooks by Wednesday. Scrapbook will be due next Monday.
